Brian Boehm

National Technical Trainer

COLEMAN HVAC AT BOSCH HOME COMFORT SYSTEMS

Brian Boehm is the National Technical Trainer for Coleman HVAC at Bosch Home Comfort Systems, bringing over 30 years of experience in the residential HVAC industry. He began his career as a maintenance technician and advanced to earn a NIULPE Class 3 Power Engineer license. In 2004, he founded and operated a successful residential and light commercial contracting business as a York dealer before selling the company and transitioning to the largest York distributor in North America as a Technical Service Manager. Brian holds an Associate in Specialized Technology in RHVAC, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Project Management. He is NATE-certified, an ESCO proctor, a Universal EPA card holder, and an active member of ASHRAE.

Patrick Carroll

Before and during college, Patrick spent time on the front lines in customer-facing roles across the commercial landscaping, retail, and entertainment industries—building a strong foundation in service and communication. He also played four years of college football at the University of Richmond, where he learned the value of grit, discipline, and teamwork. Patrick earned his degree in Rhetoric and Communication and developed a deep passion for the psychology behind business conversations, persuasive messaging, and selling strategies. He’s especially fascinated by the intersection of sales and marketing, and how technology is reshaping the way we connect, sell, and grow. Patrick firmly believes that sales success comes down to the right attitude, the right behaviors, and the right techniques.

Chris Fannon

With experience as a contractor, business owner, distributor, and now on the manufacturing side, Chris Fannon brings a true 360° view of the industry. He has founded HVAC companies, served on the Board of Directors for Gold Kist Inc., and worked with some of the top service organizations across the country. As Coleman’s Regional Account Manager, he works directly with Johnstone teams to build dealer networks, drive market growth, and stay closely engaged with contractors in the field. His goal is simple: to bring real-world experience, strong partnerships, and a commitment to helping every branch and every dealer grow.

Sean Mullin

North-Central Regional Account Manager

COLEMAN HVAC AT BOSCH HOME COMFORT SYSTEMS

Sean Mullin is the North-Central Regional Account Manager. He has worked with the Coleman Residential and Light Commercial Product for 18 years.  Originally working in the Coleman residential product engineering and development lab.  Sean has also served as the Manager of the Johnstone Supply / Coleman Products Dealer Technical Support team.  He has worked in various capacities on the Coleman products sales team, from technical advisor, trainer and now as a sales representative.

Ralph Sachs

Ralph Sachs has spent his whole career focused on one thing: communicating better. He’s sold real estate and advertising, built homes, and led an HVAC company. Sandler showed up 18 years ago and made it clear that sales, leadership, and customer service all run on the same basics—understand people, stay curious, listen well, and ask good questions. Ralph doesn’t pretend to have all the answers. He just helps people find their own. Today, he works with owners, sales teams, and customer service pros to communicate better, cut the drama, and lead with confidence.
